Reply has been filed by the respondent-State, as per which an FIR has been registered against respondent No.4 and that the statement of the detenue under Section 183 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) has also been recorded before the Magistrate. 3.
