Learned State counsel representing the respondents has informed that the Intra Court appeal filed by the State of Haryana bearing No.LPA-1299-2026, stands disposed of by the larger Bench vide order dated 15.05.2026, in the following terms:- “1. Disposed of. For reasons, see order of even date passed in LPA-1092- 2026, titled as ‘State of Haryana and another vs. Saroj Rani alias Saroj Devi’. xxxx” 2. It is further submitted that aforesaid LPA-1092-2026 and connected appeals have been disposed of by the Division Bench vide order dated 15.05.2026 and the operative part of the same is reproduced as under:- “6. In that view of the matter, we dispose of this batch of appeals with a direction upon the State to examine individual cases of the r
