The case of the prosecution is that an amount of Rs. 12,77,428/- was credited to the bank account of the petitioner, and the mobile number linked to the said bank account belongs to the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations in the FIR indicate that the alleged cyber fraud involved the use of third-party bank accounts through intermediaries, commonly referred to as "money mules."
