(Oral) The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned action of the respondents in denying the petitioners the benefit of the Old Pension Scheme despite the Office Memorandum dated 08.05.2023 (Annexure P-6) issued by the Finance Department, Government of Haryana, and the communication dated 07.07.2023 (Annexure P-7) issued by respondent No.2.
