It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No.265 dated 14.12.2025, for the commission of offence punishable under Section 105 and 123 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 [Sections 304 and 328 of Indian Penal Code, 1860], Police Station Ismailabad, District Kurukshetra. 2. The FIR of this came into being at the instance of ‘Raj Kumar’, hereinafter being referred to as ‘complainant’ only.
