The Appellant-Accused who stands convicted for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC), and sentenced to suffer life imprisonment and pay a fine of Rs. 1000/-, and in default 3.APEAL.97.2022.DOC 20th March 2021(“impugned judgment and order”) in Sessions Case No. 449 of 2018, by this appeal, questions the correctness of his conviction and sentence. FACTS 2. Case of the Prosecution : (i)
