(Oral) The prayer in the petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.57 dated 27.05.2025 under Section 21 of NDPS Act (Section 29 of NDPS Act added later on) registered at Police Station Dhakoli, District SAS Nagar Mohali. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 22.04.2026 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation. The learned State Counsel, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of order dated 22.04.2026 and is not required for custodial interrogation.
