The present petition under Section 528 of BNSS, has been filed for quashing of FIR No.0006 dated 20.08.2025, under Sections 67 and 67-A of the Information Technology Act, 2008, Police Station Cyber Crime, District Mansa (Annexure P-1), along with all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom. The quashing of FIR has been sought on the basis of compromise between the parties dated 10.09.2025, (Annexure P-2). 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
