Final Medical Opinion and Findings The Medical Board has arrived at the following conclusions 1. 1. Mohd. Sahil Kallu:- Right ankle fracture (involving both the medial malleolus and lateral malleolus)- Grievous injury 2. 2. Mohd. Ilyas:- Fracture of the fibula in the right leg-Grievous injury 3. 3.
