The instant one is the second petition that has been filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 seeking regular bail in case arising out of FIR No.48 dated 27.04.2021, registered under Section 302 of IPC at Police Station Division No. 1, District Jalandhar. His previous petition was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 11.12.2024 passed in CRM-M-52616-2024. The operative part of the order dated 11.12.2024 reads as under: “6.
