(Oral): This is first petition for bail, filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of the ‘Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023’. This petition pertains to a case arising out of FIR No.33 dated 06.02.2026, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 25/25(6)/25(7)/25(8) of Arms Act, Police Station Gate Hakima, District Amritsar. 2. In nut-shell, the facts emerging from record are that the FIR of this case came into being at the instance of ‘ASI Balkar Singh’.
