JMIC, Jagadhari whereby the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed person. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was declared a proclaimed person vide order dated 24.11.2025 on account of his non-appearance before the learned trial Court. He further submits that the petitioner's previous counsel had informed him that the complaint had been dismissed in default and, therefore, there was no necessity for him to appear before the Court.
