The facts, as can be inferred from the petition, are as follows: The petitioners, who are major, solemnized marriage in accordance with Sikh rites and ceremonies on 10.07.2026. Date of birth of petitioner No.1 is stated to be 10.11.2000 and that of petitioner No.2 is 13.12.1991 as per their Aadhaar Cards.
