Learned Senior Counsel submits that the petitioner, during pendency of the instant petition, stands promoted to the post of Clerk in April, 2021, however, not from the date that of the private respondents, who even otherwise were not eligible. In this regard, he would submit a representation to the respondents-Department, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner. 2. Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 3.
