Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case arising out of FIR No.162 dated 14.11.2025, under Sections 109(1) and 111(2) of BNS, 2023, Police Station Baragudha, District Sirsa. Offences under Section 25 of Arms Act and Section 61(2) of BNS were added during investigation. This is the first petition for anticipatory bail. 2.
