(ORAL) The petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the official respondents to accept and process the petitioners’ request for correction/updation of the parentage details in the birth record and birth certificate dated 01.04.2026, Annexure P-4, of their adopted minor child-Divansh Kumar. The biological parents of the child, respondents no.5 and 6, have no objection to the same. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that grievance raised herein is already pending for appropriate decision before respondents no.2 and 3, but no action has been taken. At this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied in case respondents no.2 and 3 are directed to decide their pending representation, dated 03.07.2026, An
