(ORAL) The present Regular Second Appeal has been filed challenging the judgment and decree dated 22.03.2021 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Karnal and also the judgment and decree dated 07.10.2023 passed by the learned District Judge, Karnal. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the appellant informs the Court that the matter already stands amicably settled in the execution proceedings vide order dated 27.08.2024. A copy thereof has been handed over in the Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.
