Learned arguing counsel submits that the claim of petitioner’s mother for medical reimbursement has been rejected only on the premise that her name did not figure in the Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP), however, since she was residing with her brother, her name clearly depicts in his PPP, in the wake of which, learned State Counsel, on instructions, submits that the relevant documents which are in possession of the petitioner can be provided to the respondents and the matter will be looked into sympathetically, which satisfies his learned counsel. 2.
