Learned counsel submits that the 3rd ACP granted to the petitioner has been withdrawn on account of she having forgone the promotion for 2 years to the post of Personal Assistant. In this regard, he relies on the judgment passed by the Division Bench in Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam and Others vs. Sadhu Ram, LPA-333-2014, decided on 10.03.2014. He prays that her claim be re-considered in terms thereof. 2. The aforesaid facts having been brought out, during the course of hearing, learned State counsel, on instructions, states that the respondents would not be averse to have a relook at the matter and decided afresh, expeditiously, in accordance with law, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. 3.
