This is a civil writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, in which following prayers have been made: (i) Issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, directing the Respondents to forthwith allot a residential plot of 200 sq. mtrs. to the Petitioner in the developed Industrial Estate, Barwala, Phase-II, Panchkula, in terms of the Certificate of Entitlement dated 16.08.2016 (Annexure P-2) and for which the petitioner has already deposited 10% of the tentative price in December 2020; (ii) Direct the Respondents to complete the process of allotment and issue the Letter of Intent/Allotment Letter to the Petitioner in a time-bound manner, (in) Call for complete record p
