Instant petition has been filed u/s 528 of BNSS, 2023 (erstwhile Section 482 of Cr.P.C.), for, inter alia, seeking directions in respect of FIR No.187, dated 12.10.2025 (P-2), lodged under Sections 61(2), 333, 190, 191(3), 118(1), 115(2) of BNS, 2023, registered at P.S. Division No.2, District Pathankot, and related FIR’s, which are mentioned in synopsis for transferring the investigation by setting up a High Level SIT (Special Investigation Team) for investigation. 2.
