Learned State counsel pointed out that upon receiving the aforementioned complaint against the petitioner, a notice dated 23.04.2026 was issued requiring him to attend the preliminary inquiry on 27.04.2026 alongwith all relevant documents and material, so that veracity of facts could be ascertained by bringing him face to face with the complainant.
