(ORAL) The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 482 of BNSS, in case bearing FIR No.81 dated 25.03.2026 registered under Sections 126(2), 118(2), 118(1), 115(2), 191(3), 190 of BNS (Sections 341, 326, 324, 323, 148, 149 IPC) at Police Station Ajnala, District Amritsar. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 13.05.2026, the petitioner has joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. The learned State counsel on instructions admits the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation in the case. In view of aforesaid factual position, the interim order dated 13.05.2026 is made absolute.
