The prayer in the present petition under Section 483 BNSS is for the grant of regular bail in case bearing FIR No.54 dated 01.03.2026 under Sections 109(1) (Section 307 of IPC), 3(5) (Section 34 of IPC) and 351(3) (Section 506 of the IPC) of BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Badli, District Jhajjar, Haryana. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that as per the FIR, one Anil @ Dhaba was the main accused having inflicted the injury on the neck of the injured-Sombir. Anil @ Dhaba has been granted the concession of anticipatory bail. However, during the course of the investigation itself, the prosecution changed its version stating that it was the petitioner who had inflicted the said injury on the neck of the injured.
