This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS (Section 482 CrPC) for quashing of FIR No.93 dated 08.11.2024 under Section 318(4), 61 BNS registered at P.S. Cyber Crime District Karnal against the petitioners on the basis of compromise dated 12.12.2025 (Annexure P-2). 2. A perusal of the compromise is that one of the accused- Swaranim Mishra is not a party to the compromise. Since, the compromise is only partial, petition cannot be quashed. As such, the present petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to avail of an appropriate remedy in accordance with law. 3. Accordingly, the instant petition stands dismissed. 4.
