(Oral): This is third petition for bail, filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of the ‘Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023’. This petition pertains to a case arising out of FIR No.18 dated 22.03.2024, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 302, 328, 468, 469, 471 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code and Section 61 of Excise Act, Police Station Cheema, District Sangrur. 2. Briefly stating the facts emerging from record are that the FIR of this case came into being at the instance of ‘Lakhbir Kaur’, hereinafter being referred to as ‘complainant’ only. According to prosecution on 22.03.2024 the statement of complainant was recorded. The pith and substance of the above mentioned statement of the complainant was that in the evening of 21.03.2024 the health of her husban
