The petitioner is seeking regular bail under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) (Section 439 Cr.P.C.) in FIR No. 69 dated 20.12.2025, under Sections 21, 27-A, 29, 61, and 85 of the NDPS Act 1985, registered at Police Station Mattewal, District Amritsar Rural. 2. The case of the prosecution is that on 20.12.2025 during patrolling, the police party apprehended the petitioner along with co-accused on the basis of suspicion. During search, 29 grams of Heroin, one weighing machine and drug money amounting to the tune of Rs.1,000/- has been recovered from the petitioner. 3.
