The petitioner has filed the third petition under Section 483 of B.N.S.S (439 of Cr.P.C.) with a prayer to grant regular bail to him in case FIR No.148, dated 23.05.2023, registered under Section 21(c) of NDPS Act (offence under Section 29 of NDPS Act added later on) at Police Station Special Task Force, District SAS Nagar, Mohali (Annexure P-1). 2.
