Present 2nd petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.07 dated 16.01.2025 under Sections 109, 304, 3(5) of BNS and Sections 25, 27, 54, 59 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Patti, District Tarn Taran. 2.
