The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 read with Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 (corresponding Sections of Cr.P.C. are 438 and 482) for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.186 dated 31.07.2025 under Section 108 BNS (Section 61(2), 249, 253 BNS added later on) registered at Police Station Model Town, District Hoshiarpur. 2.
