The petitioners are working as employees in the Forest Department. Petitioners No. 1 and 2, namely, Prem Kumar and Vijay Kumar, now posted at Sirsa; whereas petitioner No. 3-Sahab Ram got retired as Forester from Sirsa Division, Sirsa. The petitioners are entitled to Leave Travel Concession (LTC) in terms of Government Policies framed from time to time; however, the same has not been released for the block year 2020-2023. 3.
