Present petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing respondent No.1 to decide and enforce the Execution Petition bearing EP No. 2501 of 2023 arising out of the final order dated 18.05.2023(Annexure P-2) passed in Complaint No. 50 of 2022 filed by the petitioner, in a time-bound and expeditious manner towards the recovery of the remaining outstanding decretal balance. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied in case the Executing Court is directed to decide the execution application as expeditiously as possible. 3. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the fact that the execution ap
