(ORAL) The petitioners seek grant of anticipatory bail under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 in case bearing FIR No.0083 dated 30.03.2026 registered under Sections 316(2), 318(4) of BNS, 2023 (Sections 406 & 420 IPC) at Police Station Ballabgarh Sadar, District Faridabad. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in compliance of the order dated 04.06.2026, the petitioners have joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. The learned State counsel on instructions admits the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioners is no more required for further investigation in the case. In view of aforesaid factual position, the interim order dated 04.06.2026 is made absolute.
