It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No.527 dated 03.06.2024, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, Police Station Palla, District Faridabad. 2. The abovementioned FIR came into being at the instance of ‘Akhilesh Sharma’, hereinafter being referred to as ‘complainant’ only.
