The applicant-wife, by way of present application, seeks transfer of petition bearing DMC/542/2025, titled “Sumit Kumar vs. Parun”, filed under Section 13(1) (i) (ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (hereinafter to be referred as “the Act”) at the instance of respondent- husband; from the Court of learned Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court, Rewari, to learned Family Court, Sonipat, Camp Court at Gohana. 2.
