As per the facts of the case, the petitioner was prosecuted in a case FIR No.105, dated 17.05.2016 registered under Sections 394, 397, 34 of IPC, at Police Station City Narwana, Jind, and after completion of trial, the petitioner was convicted and sentenced for life imprisonment vide judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 17.09.2018 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jind.
