This petition has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No.358 dated 04.11.2019, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of Indian Penal Code, Police Station Sohana, SAS Nagar, (Mohali). 2. The abovementioned FIR came into being at the instance of ‘Narinder Singh Lochab’, hereinafter being referred to as ‘complainant’ only.
