The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to deliver the possession of the site i.e. SCO No.83, Pocket-C, measuring 139.35 Square Metres, Sector 78, SAS Nagar (Mohali). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that despite being entitled to possession of the aforesaid site, as described in the prayer clause of the petition, the petitioner has not been delivered possession of the same, despite having paid all the requisite dues. 3.
