The present petition is filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration Act. It is filed to seek interim protection in support of arbitration proceedings which are going on before the LMAA at London. The dispute between the parties has arisen from the Repayment Schedule Agreement dated 9 January 2025. 2. According to the petitioner, there is no dispute about the liability. It is pointed out that under Clause 2 of the Repayment Schedule Agreement, the respondent accepted that an amount of USD 215,310.01 was payable towards demurrage.
