This first petition under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, hereinafter being referred to as “BNSS” only, has been moved for grant of bail with regard to a case arising out of FIR No. 537 dated 10.10.2025, under Sections 115,(2), 126(2), 190, 191(2), 191(3), 351(3), 110 and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Sector 58, District Faridabad, Punjab. 2. The above mentioned FIR came into being at the instance of “Manish Tayal’, hereinafter being referred to as “complainant” only.
