Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case arising out of FIR No.69 dated 25.04.2026, under Section 21 of NDPS Act, Police Station Nihal Singh Wala, District Moga. Offence under Section 29 of NDPS was added in the FIR during investigation. This is the first petition for anticipatory bail. 2.
