The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Section 482 of Cr.P.C.) with a prayer to quash the impugned order dated 23.01.2025 (Annexure P-4) passed by the Special Court, Tarn Taran, whereby the bail of the petitioner was cancelled and the bail bonds and surety bonds were ordered to be forefeited. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 21.05.2026 passed by this Court, the petitioner had appeared before the trial Court and was admtted to interim bail. He further submits that the cost of Rs.7,500/- has been deposited by the petitioner with the District Legal Services Authority, Tarn Taran. 3.
