Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an application dated 13.05.2026, Annexure P-7, has already been submitted for the purpose to respondents no.2 an 3 - Punjab State Legal Services Authority and District Legal Services Authority, but no action has been taken so far. In terms of the Policy it is required to be decided within two months.
