(ORAL) The present appeal has been preferred by the driver and owner of the offending vehicle assailing the award dated 03.10.2024 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal. Since the appeal has been ins/tuted with a delay of 346 days, the appellants have also filed CM- 25737-CII-2025 under Sec/on 5 of the Limita/on Act, 1963 seeking condona/on of the said delay. 2. The facts, in brief, are that in a motor vehicular accident, which occurred on 06.04.2021, one Manish lost his life on account of the rash and negligent driving of truck trailer bearing registra/on No. PB-13-AF-9028.
