JUSTICE AMAN CHAUDHARY. **** Present: None for the petitioner. Mr. Naveen Kumar, Addl. A.G., Haryana. **** AMAN CHAUDHARY, J. (ORAL) 1. Learned State Counsel submits that the petitioner was not granted the benefit of regularization on account of the fact that there was a requirement for an employee to be 5th pass, which he was not. 2. Be that as it may, the prayer in the present petition seeking regularization of service might not be surviving due to efflux of time especially in wake of there being no interim order. 2. Disposed of accordingly, however, reserving the petitioner with a liberty to get it revived by demonstrating that the cause of action still subsists. (AMAN CHAUDHARY) JULY 15, 2026.
