Petitioner Muruli T has filed the instant petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of the FIR No.630 dated 26.11.2024, registered under Sections 111(2), 111(3), 111(4), 111(5), 318(4), 319(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2) of the BNS read with Section 12(1) of the Passports Act, 1967, at Police Station City Jagadhari, District Yamuna Nagar. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly concedes that a petition i.e. CRM-M-13471-2026, filed by co-accused Kalvi Ashoka for quashing of FIR in question could not succeed and the same was dismissed vide order dated 18.03.2026. He submits that the arguments recorded in the present case are the same as were recorded in the case of co-accused Kalvi MAMTA MALHOTRA 2026.07.17 14:58 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/
