I have interacted with her in the Court and she submits that she wishes to go with Monu Rani, petitioner, who is her mother. 3. In view of the statement made by the alleged detenue, the custody of Noor, minor daughter of the petitioner, is handed over to the petitioner in Court itself. 4. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court and the petition is accordingly disposed of. 5. Needless to observe that the petitioner would be at liberty to avail other remedies also, if any, in accordance with law.
