The instant one is the third petition that has been filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 seeking grant of regular bail in case arising out of FIR No. 127 dated 22.06.2022, registered under Sections 302, 34, 201 and 120-B of IPC and Sections 25, 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Bahuakbarpur, District Rohtak.
