(Oral) The prayer in this petition is for quashing of DDR No.28 dated 15.09.2025 under Sections 115(2), 351(2) and 3(5) of the BNS, 2023, Police Station City-1 Malerkotla (Annexure P-1) in FIR No.224 dated 15.09.2025 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 351(2) and 3(5) of the BNS, 2023 at Police Station City-1 Malerkotla, District Malerkotla along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of a compromise arrived at between the petitioners and respondent No.2. 2. Vide order dated 28.01.2026, this Court had directed the parties to appear before Illaqa Magistrate for getting their statements recorded with regard to the compromise dated 24.12.2025 (Annexure P-3). 3. The Illaqa Magistrate/trial Court was to submit
