It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No.178 dated 28.07.2025, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 109(1), 110, 115(2), 126(2), 190, 191(3), 351(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Sadar Tauru, District Nuh. 2. Vide order dated 06.07.2026, the petitioner was admitted to interim anticipatory bail, subject to the condition of furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of arresting officer.
